The major way CNSC can help Sanders County residents currently undergoing treatment for cancer is to offer some financial assistance. If an individual qualifies, we can send a check and that gift can be used by the recipient any way he/she wants. Sometimes we can offer suggestions about other potential assistance, such as, lodging or transportation.
CNSC assistance may be offered annually as long as the individual is a resident of Sanders County and currently undergoing treatment (radiation, surgery, chemotherapy, hospice, etc.).
Forms requesting assistance may picked up at any of the following businesses:
CFVH Family Clinic
Kalispell Regional Health Center
Community Hospital Cancer Center
Montana Cancer Center (St. Patrick Hospital)
CFVH Family Clinic; Hospital; Home Health
First Lutheran Church – Pastor Carol Seilhymer
Mary Ann’s Fabric Store
Plains Physical Therapy
Rocky Mountain Bank
Aspire Physical Therapy
CFVH Family Clinic
First Security Bank
Main Street Medical
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church – Pastor Carol Seilhymer
Whitefish Credit Union
If you have any problems getting a form from one of the businesses on this list, contact one of the CNSC members.
